Cancellation Policy

• Please directly contact the imaging center that you booked with to cancel your appointment.
• As appointment times are limited and sell out quickly, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of your appointment will receive a 100% refund.
• Missed appointments or appointments canceled without at least a 48‑hour notice, unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling Policy

• Please contact the imaging center you booked with directly to reschedule the time of your BrainKey Scan appointment.
• If you need to reschedule to a different imaging center, please email support@brainkey.ai and we will help you with that.
• To reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice, otherwise we won’t be able to meet your request.
• Missed appointments unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Payment

• We use your card information to reserve your spot at your selected imaging center. You will not be charged until 24 hours before your reservation.
